Bryan received his Bachelor of Laws with distinction from the University of Western Ontario in 1998 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2000. Since being called to the Bar, he has focused his practice on civil litigation and personal injury litigation. He has argued cases before every level of court in Ontario, including several trials in the Superior Court of Justice and the License Appeal Tribunal.
Bryan practices primarily in the areas of personal injury and medical malpractice, solely on behalf of parties who have sustained serious injuries. He has had several articles published in the Lawyers Weekly on civil litigation and personal injury topics. He has presented papers at conferences on Municipal Liability and Procurement issues and was a guest lecturer for a University of Toronto Medical School course on Medical Ethics. He co-authored the chapter entitled “Emergency Services” for the text The Law of Municipal Liability in Canada, published by Butterworths.
Bryan is a member of The Law Society of Upper Canada.
