Since her call to the Bar, Leigh has practiced exclusively on behalf of claimants in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice and insurance litigation. She regularly represents those who have sustained serious injuries as a result of motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls and professional negligence, and handles cases from the investigation stage through to trial.
Leigh holds an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from McMaster University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto. She has authored several papers in the areas of health policy and patient advocacy and has presented at multiple conferences on issues in civil litigation.
Leigh prides herself on her thorough approach and takes care to ensure that Falconeri Rumble Harrison LLP clients are fully informed and confident in every stage of the litigation process. Leigh speaks fluent French and is pleased to assist clients requiring French-language services.
